I am in a situation where I need to find the Changes happened to

I am in a situation where I need to find the Changes happened to the database since last migration.

Eg: Changes happened to the Stored Procedure,and Views and functions.

How Can I find these Changes.

We are not using any third Party Tools.

Please can any one help me out on this.
