    Yes:

    concat $ concat $ map (\x -> map (\y -> map (\z -> (x,y+z)) [1..y]) [1..x]) [1..10]
    

    Although the official translation uses concatMap:

    concatMap (\x -> concatMap (\y -> concatMap (\z -> [(x,y+z)]) [1..y]) [1..x]) [1..10]
