    <script type="text/javascript">
    function confirmChk(){
    if(confirm("Do you realy want do delete this vehicle?")){
    return true;
    }
    else{
    return false;
    }
    }
    </script>

NB:The problem was with your function name I changed it confirm to confirmChk
