I am trying to iterate JSON object and i failing to iterate it.

The result.d has no meaning here, it should be result only.

So in your case replace this

$.each(result.d, function (key, val) {
    // existing 
}

With

$.each(result, function (key, val) {
    // existing 
}

This will fix your issue.
