I am using Ruby 1.8.7 and Rails 2.3.5 version . When I try to

I am using Ruby 1.8.7 and Rails 2.3.5 version . When I try to start the server it throws the below error.
When I list the gem its shows the rake there but of different version

    Actually your rake version is 0.9.2

    While your app required 0.8.7

    so first uninstall rake 0.9.2 by this command

    gem uninstall rake -v=0.9.2
    

    then install rake 0.8.7 by this command

    gem install rake -v=0.8.7
    

    Hope your issue will be solve……..
