    just create a filter, and map it to /*

    e.g.

        <filter>
            <filter-name>MyFilter</filter-name>
            <filter-class>com.mycompany.MyFilter</filter-class>
        </filter>
        <filter-mapping>

            <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
