Can someone show me on how to use getChangedCells method?

    var temp= $("#grid").getChangedCells('all') // Return Rows

    or

    var temp= $("#grid").getChangedCells('dirty') / Returns the changed cells.

    Also try looking at the official docs as @ozczecho mentioned
