SELECT u.userID, u.userName, COUNT(*) AS ratingCount
        FROM userTable u
            INNER JOIN ratingTable r
                ON u.userID = r.userID
                    AND r.ratingValue = 5
        GROUP BY u.userID, u.userName
        ORDER BY ratingCount
