I have a 2d array, let’s say like this :
2 0 8 9
3 0 -1 20
13 12 17 18
1 2 3 4
2 0 7 9
How to create an array reduced by let’s say 2nd row and third column?
2 0 9
13 12 18
1 2 4
2 0 9
