    I got the answer using XDocument.

    XDocument doc = XDocument.Load(Server.MapPath(“xmlFile.xml”));

    XElement xmlTree = new XElement(“Parent”);

                foreach (String key in Request.Form)
                {
                    xmlTree.Add( new XElement(key, Request.Form[key]));
    
                }
                xmlTree.Save("xmlFile.xml");
