Well you can do it using android:gravity="center", You can also do it using RelativeLayout.
    enter image description here

    <RelativeLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    android:layout_width="match_parent"
    android:layout_height="match_parent"
    android:gravity="center"
     >

    <TextView
        android:id="@+id/tvFinishTime"
        android:layout_width="wrap_content"
        android:layout_height="wrap_content"
        android:layout_centerHorizontal="true"
        android:layout_centerVertical="true"
        android:text="Time Is End"
        android:textAppearance="?android:attr/textAppearanceLarge" />

    <Button
        android:id="@+id/bFinishTimeBackToMain"
        android:layout_width="wrap_content"
        android:layout_height="wrap_content"
        android:layout_below="@+id/tvFinishTime"
        android:layout_centerHorizontal="true"
        android:text="Button" />

    </RelativeLayout>
