What I am wanting help is how can I loop over the array, so I get an output like this,

Employer Name
Job Title
Job Title

and then when the loop meets a new employer name, it outputs the employer name and their jobs?

    (Sorry, I had missed your additional requirement.) Sort the array by employer name first:

    function jobcmp($job1, $job2)
    {
      return strcmp($job1['company_name'], $job2['company_name']);
    }
    
    uksort($jobarray, jobcmp);
    

    Or even better, using a lambda:

    uksort($jobarray, function($job1, $job2) { return strcmp($job1['company_name'], $job2['company_name']); });
    

    Then use foreach:

    $oldemp   = "";
    foreach($jobarray as $key => $value)
    {
       if ($oldemp != $value['company_name'])
       {
         $oldemp = $value['company_name'];
         print($oldemp);
       }
    
       print("Job Title: $value['job_title']");
    }
