    DELETE MyTable
    FROM MyTable
    LEFT OUTER JOIN (
       SELECT MIN(RowId) as RowId, Col1, Col2, Col3
       FROM MyTable
       GROUP BY Col1, Col2, Col3
    ) as KeepRows ON
       MyTable.RowId = KeepRows.RowId
    WHERE
       KeepRows.RowId IS NULL
