I need to get items from this array

 [no_shipping] => 1

 [no_shipping] => 0

using some foreach or.. i have no idea about this, please help me..

i directly use the object, it is easy than convert session to object

 foreach($wpsc_cart->cart_items as $i => $Item) {       
           $cv=$Item->meta;  

          foreach($cv as $vc=>$it){           
              echo $it['no_shipping'];
    }
}
