    Group is a keyword so you’ll need to escape it appropriately for your RDBMS (e.g., square brackets for SQL Server, backticks for MySQL, etc).

    SELECT [Group], MAX(Jan), MAX(Feb), MAX(Mar)
        FROM YourTable
        GROUP BY [Group]
