I have data stored in database tables as serialized. One of my functions needs

I have data stored in database tables as serialized.

One of my functions needs to return true if the value is serialized.

foreach($data as $r):
if($r->options is serialized) {
  $unserialized_value = unserialize($r->options);
}
endforeach;
