        Conn.Close()
        Dim da As New SqlDataAdapter(strSQL, Conn)
        Dim dt As New DataTable("EMPLOYEE")
        da.Fill(dt)
        ATCGRID.DataSource = dt
    Catch ex As SqlException
        MsgBox(ex.Message, MsgBoxStyle.Critical, "SQL Error")
