I have some code and it crashes upon execution, what seems to be wrong?

As soon as it starts it crashes, I don’t get it

Usually this will be because your references are old or not the right ones for your OS. So maybe you are on 64 bit Vista and your referenced DLL’s are 16 bit? That kind of thing.
