and get the error:

error:unexpected “”, expecting T_STRING or T_NUM STRING

What is the problem?

    The variable interpolation syntax is either

    "$var[key]"
    

    or

    "{$var['key']}"
    

    Note the curly braces you need to use the complex syntax.
