    Add a callback function to the show() function, and evaluate the index:

    $("#slider1next").click(function () {
        $(".text:visible").next().show(function() {
            if($(this).index() == $('.text').length)
            {
                $('#slider1next').hide();
            }
        });
    });

    See the updated jsFiddle.
