    Try decorating the RecordPerDay and Entry properties with [XmlElement]:

    [XmlElement]
    public List<RecordPerDay> RecordPerDay
    {
        get { return recordPerDay; }
        set { recordPerDay = value; }
    }

    ...

    [XmlElement]
    public List<Entry> Entry
    {
        get { return entry; }
        set { entry = value; }
    }
