    var svgs = [];

    var start = document.getElementById("someJunk");
    var svg;
    do{
         svg = start.nextSibling;
        svgs.push(svg);
    }
    while(svg.tagName.toLowerCase()=="svg");

    the svgs will be in the svgs array.
