I have this code: ArrayList<ArrayList<String>> row = new ArrayList<ArrayList<String>>(); ArrayList<String> column = new ArrayList<String>();

I have this code:

ArrayList<ArrayList<String>> row = new ArrayList<ArrayList<String>>();
ArrayList<String> column = new ArrayList<String>();

my problem is I can’t add String to it.
How can I add String from a TextView(in Android)?
