    2 radio checked or none of them – black?

    $(function(){
        var cars = $('div[id^="car"]'),
            inputs = $('input[type="checkbox"]');

        inputs.change(function(){
            cars.hide();
            if(inputs.filter(':checked').length === 1)
            {
               cars.filter('#car' + $(this).val()).show();
            }
            else {
               cars.filter('#carblack').show();
            }
        });
    });
