I know how it is done row-wise CSV.foreach(filename.csv) do |row| puts #{row} end But

I know how it is done row-wise

CSV.foreach(filename.csv) do |row|
  puts "#{row}"
end

But I am completely lost column wise?

    This is the solution guys:

    CSV.foreach(filename).map { |row| row[0] }
