now in firefox the close buttons are displayed beneath the text of the tab

which is leading to garbled text in the tab panel or the body of the tabs

like other browsers how can i display it in same line

the css i m using is

     .ui-tabs { padding: .20em; zoom: 1; }
    .ui-tabs .ui-tabs-nav { list-style: none; position: relative; padding: .2em .2em 0; height:27px;  }
