     $accessrule = New-Object system.security.AccessControl.FileSystemAccessRule("domain\user","Read",,,"Allow")
     $acl.RemoveAccessRuleAll($accessrule)
     Set-Acl -Path "c:\temp" -AclObject $acl
    

    this should wipe all security rules for user in c:\temp recursively
