    This regex should do it for you…

    \d*\.\d+%?
    

    Which means… zero or more digits (\d*) followed by a period (escaped \.) followed by one or more digits (\d+) followed by an optional % (%?)


    Update: match whole numbers

    \d*\.?\d+%?
