    <select>
      <option value="OK" <?php if($Status == "OK") echo 'selected="selected"';?>>OK</option>
      <option value="NOK" <?php if($Status == "NOK") echo 'selected="selected"';?>>NOK</option>
    </select>

    You can add an id and/or name attribute to the select as you like.
