You could use System.exec to launch regedit yourfile.reg

Here is how to do it :

String[] cmd = {"regedit", "yourfile.reg"};
Process p = Runtime.exec(cmd);
p.waitFor();

Last line is optional, it only allows you to wait until the operation is over.
