Values I need a matched:

$123.45 – Match

-$123.45 – Match

123.45 – Needs Matched

-123.45 – Match

.99 – Needs Matched

-.99 – Match

7% – Needs Matched

-7% – Needs Matched

500 – Needs Matched

Regular Expression:
