I pretty much did everything this instruction told me to do, but I get

    Due to invalid date-formats, gem seems to think that tilt is not installed yet. to fix it run:

    sudo sed -i 's/ 00:00:00.000000000Z//' /var/lib/gems/1.8/specifications/*
