    -[__NSArrayM insertObject:atIndex:]: index 2 beyond bounds [0 .. 0]' means that you are trying to use NSMutableArray’s -insertObject:atIndex: with an index value that is higher than the actual count of the array (and as it turns out, it’s empty).
