I run the command locally > cap deploy:setup and Capistrano successfully creates the remote

I run the command locally

> cap deploy:setup

and Capistrano successfully creates the remote directories (releases/ , shared/). But when I issue the deploy command I get the following error:

    I would suspect that it’s a result of the way you set up your git repo.

    It errors out here:

     No submodule mapping found in .gitmodules
    

    Read this:

    and this:

    follow the instructions there and retry.
