I also tried to use Bundler.
You are using an outdated Ruby 1.9.2 development version. I strongly encourage you to upgrade to Ruby 1.9.2.
That said, before Ruby 1.9 RubyGems was not loaded by default. Depending on your development snapshot, you might or might not have these changes already included.
