How can I define base font, If i’d like use cyrillic/international words?

    You should register font

    string arialuniTff = Path.Combine(Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.Fonts), "ARIALUNI.TTF");
FontFactory.Register(arialuniTff);

    and modifed page’s body 

    <body face='Arial' encoding='koi8-r' >
...
</body >
