well, i had the same issue with this topic , according to advice i created following direcrory structure:

Your current error is down in the exception stack; you seem to be missing javassist in your dependencies, at least in the test dependencies. It’s possibile that it’s declared as a runtime-only dependency (although those usually are used in the test phase as well, but I don’t know which build system you’re currently using.)

EDIT:
I see there’s another (possibly unrelated) error at the bottom; which version of Spring are you using? Check this thread on Spring Forums as well for Spring 2.5/ Junit > 4.4 possible incompatibilities.
