Press Ctrl+Q, and type
"keyboard"and press Enter to open the"Options->Environment->Keyboard"window.In “Show commands containing” type “Window.KeepTabOpen”, then in the
"Press shortcut keys"type your keyboard shortcut and press the"Assign".
