Question

I usually create a static class for my database calls. I have never used interfaces before, so i would like to see a correct example of how this could be used in my case. Im using entity framework to fetch the data. Thanks

For the operations such as Connect, Execute and related instructions you can use your interface, such a way i can always couple any DB to this interface. Ill show you one such example

      interface SqlInterface
    {
     void Connect();

    }

    public class SqlServer : SqlInterface
{
   public void Connect() {

 //Connection code related to SQl Server
}
}
