    You want a date formatter. Here’s an example:

    NSDateFormatter *formatter = [[NSDateFormatter alloc] init];
    [formatter setDateFormat:@"dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm"];
    
    NSDate *currentDate = [NSDate date];
    NSString *dateString = [formatter stringFromDate:currentDate];
