I want to deploy the sencha touch application to native Android (apk) but when I follow the guideline and run the last instruction i.e.
sencha package run android.json

It creates an My Application.app file not the app file.
How to create the apk file using sencha sdk tool?
Did you check out the Native Packaging Guide for Android?
You will need to read that guide, and then in your json file edit the paths to reflect your paths, etc.
