I think the easiest idea is to extend
AuthenticatedVoterand override itsvote()method to save a flag in a thread-local whenever ConfigAttribute happens to beIS_AUTHENTICATED_ANONYMOUSLY. You can then inject your extendedAuthenticatedVoterinto your Spring Security stack.
