Question

I want to make a splash screen, which cannot be clicked/selected by mouse/UI.

As such how to I apply

 Win32.ExtendedWindowStyles.WS_EX_TRANSPARENT

on Windows Presentation Foundation Window?

In Forms I’d do this.
