I want to retrieve google documents that were uploaded after certain date using Java

I want to retrieve google documents that were uploaded after certain date using Java Client Library.
I use this code:

DocumentQuery query = new DocumentQuery(feedUri);
query.setPublishedMin(new DateTime(new Date().getTime()));

I get such exception:
