In short here’s the code that he published:

XName commentRangeStart = w + "commentRangeStart";

XName commentRangeEnd = w + "commentRangeEnd";

XName commentReference = w + "commentReference";

mainDocumentXDoc.Descendants()

    .Where(x =>

       x.Name == commentRangeStart ||

       x.Name == commentRangeEnd ||

       x.Name == commentReference)

    .Remove();
