I will explain the scenario using example.

   void func()
   {
          CLine* pObj = new CLine();
   }
   void func2()
   {
   }

How to delete the CLine object in func2()?
Is it possible?

It’s not possible. As soon as func finishes you’ve lost all reference to pObj and leaked its memory.
