If I use ‘top’ I can see what CPU is busy and what process is using all of my CPU.
If I use ‘iostat -x’ I can see what drive is busy.
But how do I see what process is using all of the drive’s throughput?

You’re looking for
iotop(assuming you’ve got kernel >2.6.20 and Python 2.5). Failing that, you’re looking into hooking into the filesystem. I recommend the former.
