I’m a newbie to SQL Server. Please help me to write the following Logic in a query.

If getnow() > today 4 PM
Then
    SELECT *
    FROM table
    WHERE MailDate is Tomorrow
Else
    SELECT *
    FROM table
    WHERE MailDate is Today
