    Are you hosting on IIS6 or IIS7?

    If it’s IIS7 try setting the maxAllowedContentLength attribute in the system.webServer/security/requestFiltering/requestLimits section.

    <system.webServer>
      <security>
        <requestFiltering>
          <requestLimits maxAllowedContentLength="2097151"></requestLimits>
        </requestFiltering>
      </security>
    </system.webServer>

    Also bear in mind that some hosts will override this setting in the machine.config, so ensure they aren’t restricting you if this doesn’t work.
