i’m running into some problem when i try to authenticate with a web service

i’m running into some problem when i try to authenticate with a web service using certification. The server return 500 and the xml result contain :”{100} Forbidden. You are not allowed to access that resource..” which means that authentication seem to not works. Take note that the certificate is installed on my computer and on the receiver. I can see it through IE “Certificate” in “thrusted publishers” and “other people”. You have to know that if i use the header with a username and a password token it works perfectly.

I solved issue by linking the private key PFX to the certificate correctly.

You can see the problem at line Cannot find the certificate in either the LocalMachine store or the CurrentUser store. which i though it was wrong at first. But the private key was not correctly linked to the certificate and was not really presented to the sender.

To do this simply make a private key (.pfx) and install it to the specified certificate on your computer or on your server (.cer). You can clearly see if the certificate is binded with a private key
